Our economy and our political system have been rigged by the few against the many. While politicians keep us divided over our differences, the rich keep on getting richer.

There are no easy fixes to the mess we’re in. But for anyone seeking positive change, we believe that the way forward starts with an essential move: show everyday working people that you are in their corner. Be on the people’s side.

We believe that to be convincingly on the side of working people requires the courage to name culprits and to pick open fights with powerful corporate interests, bad bosses, and political elites. It also requires breaking out of our own echo chambers to connect with popular audiences.

Our research centers on developing and testing popular messaging and organizing approaches. Our training program orients organizers, campaigners, candidates, and leaders to strategic messaging frameworks – integrated with good organizing. We work with aligned grassroots organizations, labor unions, and candidates to craft resonant messaging, plan strategic campaigns, and mobilize larger bases of support.
